Tommie Criswell is exceptional. She helped us to sell our home and find our new one. She has gone above and beyond for us and is gracious, responsive, informative, calm under pressure, reassuring when we feel nervous, and excited with us when it is time to be excited! She came highly recommended to us and our experience with her absolutely supports that recommendation. We are purchasing a home that is listed through a listing service, but not full service agent. I have not inquired as to the reason the sellers chose that route, but if it was doubt about agents my suspicion is that Tommie has absolutely given them an excellent name as she has gone above and beyond helping them in their transition as well. Our home sold very quickly and we hadn't found the right home yet when we closed and are in a hotel. Our sellers are building and, after we submitted our offer, asked to change their desired move out date. They wanted a really long escrow and we were going to have to pull out based on the closing date. With grace and her typical calm nature, Tommie helped them find a place to go thereby saving the deal. Through it all, we have all formed new friendships and feel absolutely thrilled to be moving into a new home that we know has been loved and cared for by good people.

Tommie helped us buy our house then sell it about a year and a half later. She took care of everything when we moved back to PA and I am so grateful we were able to do everything over the phone and email.
